【Working Principle】
The rotary air lock feeder is composed of a casing, a rotor, a driving part, etc. There is a rotor with multiple blades inside the feeder. The material in the upper silo falls by its own weight and fills the gap between the blades, and the material is discharged at the lower material port with the rotation of the rotor. Because the space between the rotor blades is uniform, the rotor speed is constant.
The rotor blade is made of special wear-resistant material, which can ensure that the blade end has good contact with the inner wall of the shell, and the blade end can be easily adjusted after wear to keep it in good contact with the inner wall of the shell, with good air lock Function. The rotor can be ventilated with hot air, has a certain drying capacity, and can adapt to high-moisture and viscous materials to prevent materials from sticking and blocking.
